PBoT, RTS team up on software

Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX)'s planned futures and options subsidiary, Philadelphia Board of Trade (PBoT), and RTS Realtime Systems Group (RTS) have agreed to develop a streaming quote software interface as part of the new PBoT futures market, expected to launch in the third quarter.
