Euronext Liffe revenue soars on volatility return

Increasing volatility in European equity markets saw Euronext Liffe volume and revenue soar in the first half of the year following relatively flat performance in 2005. Exchange revenue was €205.02m for the first half, a 26.4% increase on €162.24m in the same period last year.
