Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) said, last week, it was set to begin trading Oman crude oil futures contracts on screen before the end of this year despite still not having announced a platform provider.
A spokesperson for the exchange told FO Week that no decision had as yet been reached regarding an electronic platform. "DME is now investigating all available possible technology options," she said.
