CBOE to launch index options, BuyWrite futures

Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has said that it will launch options on its CBOE Exchange Index (EXQ) and futures on its S&P 500 BuyWrite Index.

The announcement came during Swiss Futures and Options Association's annual conference at Bürgenstock.

EXQ, which has been based on the stock prices of publicly traded US exchanges was to begin trading on 19 September.
