Since your arrival back at Eurex in April, you have made some changes in terms of staff at the exchange. What changes have been made and how close to establishing your aims in terms of restructuring are you?
My roadmap towards my intended changes is still on track in terms of timeline. My plan to change things will not be completed overnight but I am convinced that by the last quarter of 2006 to the first half of 2007, the primary phase of change will be noticeable. Michael Peters will be returning to Eurex as head of sales while Brendon Bradley has already started his role as global head of product strategy. Others will be arriving in time.
Are there any specific areas in which your strengthened team will focus on geographically?
I intend to build our sales organisation to focus on all relative target groups - Europe, North America...
