Man denies Fink departure heralds brokerage spin-off

Man Group denied last week that the resignation of its CEO signified the beginning of its plans to spin off its brokerage arm, Man Financial.
Stanley Fink revealed his intention to leave his position as CEO in April next year, but would remain a non-executive director (see FO Week Vol 11 No 36)...
