Palm oil, coal among contracts applied for by MCX


Executives at India's Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) confirmed recently that the exchange had applied for regulatory approval for 20 commodity futures, including crude palm oil and coal contracts. However, the exchange also stressed that proceedings would not necessarily lead to all of the products being launched.
