Messaging fee row flares in Singapore

The ongoing dispute between exchanges and some users about the practice of imposing charges for exceeding limits of messages sent to matching engines erupted again in Singapore last week. The charges, introduced to manage bandwidth in the face of algorithmic trading models, also hit unintended targets, some traders said.
