Canada's MCX awaits approval for 2006 launch


Montréal Climate Exchange (MCX) could be launched by the end of 2006, officials said last week, but it remained anxiously awaiting the Canadian government's plan for greenhouse gas emission controls to be unveiled over the next few weeks.
