CME tight-lipped on CBoT Asia

Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) was last week reluctant to reveal details of its plans for the Asian projects of Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT), should its takeover deal for the smaller exchange be completed. However, there were signs that CBoT could move from the Singapore-based connectivity hub it established with Euronext Liffe to join the stand-alone CME hub.
