For those who don't know you, what do you bring to BOX?
I really come from the practitioner side. I was at Hull Trading for quite some time and then Goldman Sachs. I spent some time in Europe in the 90s when the markets there were first starting to become electronic. So I consider myself part of the first generation of electronic trading participants.
How will the management structure work at BOX with you as the exchange's first CEO and acting MD Will Easley remaining on board?
We haven't worked out all those details. Will certainly has a breadth of experience that we'll keep in the family, he'll be a strategic advisor to me in my new role.
