Baker scores early legal points
Ron Baker, former head of the financial products group at Barings, made a good start last week to his legal challenge against penalties recommended by UK Securities and Futures Authority, according to sources close to the tribunal. The day before the tribunal started, Baker's lawyers won rulings on two potentially significant legal points, sources said.
