SGX Kospi listing remains unlikely despite Korea MOU

Despite its recent MOU with Korea Exchange (KRX), Singapore Exchange (SGX) told FO Week that it did not expect to host trading on the Kospi Korean equity index future, the world's most traded single contract.
Announcing the MOU on 20 November, SGX said the signing "will lead to discussions on establishing a derivatives co-trading link between the two exchanges". However, asked whether this link would lead to Kospi contracts being listed...
