More Investors line up against Dean Witter
Dean Witter Reynolds is now likely to face legal claims form at least 30 investors in its managed futures programmes, according to Californian lawyer John Lawrence Allen. Allen recently filed with a Los Angeles court for approval to launch a class action law suit on behalf of Linda Kozlowozki and others.
