Delivery dispute continues
The dispute between trading firm AIC and Cargill over delivery of gas oil is likely to continue into this week as barges remain tied up in the Rotterdam region. The incident follows allegations by AIC over Cargill's apparent failure to meet its delivery obligations under a contract involving Cargill in a long position and AIC going short November IPE gas oil futures.
