Doubts remain on China financial futures access

International users may still have access to China's planned financial futures blocked as a result of regulatory concerns about market manipulation. Although it had been hoped that the launch of equity index futures at China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFE), expected by the end of March, would allow overseas use from day one, reports emerging from China have suggested that this may not be the case.
