TT, Espeed case put back to June as parties prepare


The patent trial between Trading Technologies (TT) and Espeed has been pushed back to June from April, to provide both parties with more time to prepare.

TT has been pursuing patent infringement cases against Espeed and several other firms including GL Trade, Rosenthal Collins, CQG and FuturePath. The Espeed case will be the first to go to trial. It will be ruled upon by a jury and is scheduled to last for around two weeks.
