Let's start with some questions about you. For those in the industry who did not know you before you took the top executive spot at Nymex, you worked for ABN Amro and served on the board of directors at Nymex for 18 years. Why did you want to take on the job of chairman at Nymex?

I've been on the board a long time and saw a lot of transition in the business, particularly here, and I thought it was time that I could make a significant change in the way the business was run. It was a provocative time in that the business was going in a direction that was different than where floor members and equity members were used to.
