Kevin Hayes has been appointed chief financial officer at Man Group, effective 30 March. In addition to his role as chief finance officer, it is anticipated that Hayes will join the board of Man Group in due course. He joins from Lehmann Brothers, where he served as global director of process and productivity. The appointment of Hayes will mean Peter Clarke moves to chief executive officer, replacing Stanley Fink, who announced his resignation back in September 2006, (see FO Week Vol 11 No 37).
