Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT) will launch mini-sized agricultural futures contracts on its E-CBoT trading platform in the coming weeks.
The move marks the first time these contracts will be available on an electronic platform and will include mini-sized corn, soybeans and wheat contracts. The contracts are one fifth of the size of their full-sized counterparts, or 1,000 bushels.
