Kazuaki Takabatake, regional director, Asia-Pacific for Patsystems will leave the firm later in the year. CEO David Webber told FO Week that the split was very amicable and Takabatake would work out his notice before moving on in June. Barry White who was appointed managing director of the ISV in Australia last year will take over Takabatake's position.

Ring dealing member firm of the London Metal Exchange (LME) Natexis is facing potential turmoil after five of its floor staff announced they were leaving the company and joining ED&F Man. FO Week understands that those departing include Stuart Neville, Danny Messenger, Peter Andreas, Paul Apps and Mark Constantinides. It is as yet unclear if ED&F, which is not a member of LME, intends to join the exchange as a member firm. If it does decide to join the exchange it would need to acquire the appropriate number of shares to acquire...
