FSA adopts Mifid guidance on outsourcing

Financial Services Authority (FSA) has confirmed that its supervision of companies will follow guidelines issued by Mifid Connect from 1 November, in what Mifid Connect chairman, Anthony Belchambers described as "the first test of FSA process for recognising industry guidance".
