Banks line up internal models

A group of at least four more US banks are lining up for regulatory approval to use their internal models in order to calculate capital requirement for market risk, according to sources in the US swaps industry. The four banks are
said to JPMorgan, Citibank, Chase Manhattan and Bank of America - although none would confirm such plans by press-time.
