Third time unluckyIf you were an employee of Bank of Montreal at the moment I don't think anyone could blame you if you had moved beyond the stage of brushing up your CV and making a few phone calls to well-connected chums, and taken the more frantic position of offering to clean car windscreens for a dollar a go.
