Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT)’s chief administrative officer, chief strategy officer and chief legal officer Kevin O’Hara, has left his position by mutual consent. O’Hara joined the exchange in May 2006. His resignation became effective as of 22 June. Prior to joining the exchange, O’Hara served as executive vice president and co-general counsel of NYSE Group. Prior to the completion of the merger of the NYSE and Archipelago Holdings merger in 2006, O’Hara served as Archipelago’s chief administrative officer, general counsel, and corporate secretary.
