Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) scored what could be a final victory in its longtime court battle over the use of New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) settlement prices.The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirming judgment ruled in favor of ICE, therefore allowing it to use Nymex settlement prices....
