CBOE scores win in exercise right battle

Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has pushed its ongoing exercise rights issue back towards Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) after a judge suspended the case while the regulator makes its ruling on terminating the rights.On 3 August, Delaware Chancery Court granted CBOEs request to suspend the lawsuit filed by Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT).
