TT patent cases continue on

The remaining four companies still battling patent infringement cases with Trading Technologies (TT) will continue with their planned action despite TT’s victory over E-Speed on 10 October.

The group of firms opposing TT – GL Trade, Rosenthal Collins Group, CQG and Futurespath - met in court on 16 October to map out exactly how their cases will proceed.
