NYSE Euronext has appointed Edward Boyle as vice president, NYSE Arca Options. Boyle joins from TD Securities, where he was vice president and director, equity derivatives. Boyle, who serves on the board of directors of International Securities Exchange as an industry director, has also been a member of the SIA Options Committee since 2003. He has previously held memberships and committee appointments on Chicago Board Options Exchange, Chicago Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. Before joining TD Securities, Boyle was managing director, business development, LETCO Trading Companies in 2002 and a partner at Platinum Trading in 1999.
