Nasdaq to snap up PHLX for $652m

Nasdaq has agreed to buy Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) for $652m, a deal that is expected to be completed early next year.
The deal ends PHLXs hunt for a buyer and Nasdaqs long time pursuit for an options exchange.
