Chilton says CFTC and SEC can act now


Bart Chilton, CFTC commissioner, has suggested a way of improving regulation without Congressional moves.

Chilton said the CFTC and the SEC should agree a memorandum of understanding to create a framework for better dialog and cooperation between the two agencies.
