The week after expo most delegates (myself included) can be found either back in the office – this year detailing just how many staff to lay off – or spending some quality time with neglected family members. For FOW’s merry men it was off to Dubai for its first annual conference. But after a hectic event staff and sponsors alike needed some down time – and what couldn’t be a more natural sporting pleasure in the desert than a ski trip.
