ISE and Osaka forging options market in Japan

International Securities Exchange (ISE) has secured a deal with Osaka Securities Exchange (OSE) to build a new electronic options trading platform for the Japanese securities market.

ISE and OSE signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA), the first step towards a formal joint venture that will lead to a new trading platform for equity options.
