CFTC and SEC getting cooperative

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) acting head, Walt Lukken, has said he will push ahead with the newfound cooperation between his agency and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

After signing an MOU with SEC on March 12, the agencies put two products up for comment – gold ETFs which will be traded on options exchanges and SSFs on OneChicago, essentially putting them on track for approval.
