RTS Realtime Systems Group (RTS) has promoted four senior-level employees.  Mark van Vugt has been promoted to managing director, Continental Europe. John Dempsey and Mirjana Zuro have each been named vice president, business development, and Christophe Rilinger was named vice president, marketing and communications. In his new role, van Vugt is responsible for sales in Continental Europe. He spent 14 years at Euronext, where he served in several capacities on the options trading floor and as senior commercial manager. He has held positions with various software companies in back-office and front-office operations. Van Vugt set up RTS’ Amsterdam office in 2001. Dempsey, formerly manager, business development, is based in the RTS’ US headquarters in Chicago. He joined in late 2005 and is responsible for strategic partnerships and management of relationships with exchanges across the globe. Zuro is responsible for worldwide operations of RTS’ state-of-the-art data centre facilities and proximity services....
