MF Global has appointed Randy MacDonald as chief financial officer. Ira Polk, who has been serving as interim CFO, will continue his role as chief administrative officer. MacDonald led financial operations at TD Ameritrade. as CFO and treasurer between 2000 and 2006 and played a key role in leading the company’s consolidation efforts.
