Chilton attacks FSA on lack of transparency

Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)’s Bart Chilton has taken the uncommon step of publically criticising his committee’s UK counterpart in a speech on April 21, which has been met with a number of subsequent and disapproving comments regarding his candidness.
