TT and E-Speed battle over “inequitable conduct”

Trading Technologies (TT) and E-Speed are continuing their long-running legal battle over the former’s patents, now in an inequitable conduct trial.

The trial, which concluded its evidence and arguments in the week commencing April 28, is focused on whether TT followed the proper procedures when it submitted its patent application to US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
