CBOE looks forward to court case, turning marketshare around

Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) could wrap up its legal battle over exercise rights with the Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT) this summer, according to CEO, Bill Brodsky.

Brodsky told reporters at the Options Industry conference in Las Vegas on May 2 that he expected to hold a hearing at the Delaware Chancery Court in the first week of June.
