Hong Kong planning local oil exchange

Hong Kong’s financial secretary, John Tsang Chun-wah, has given the strongest indication yet that the province will introduce an oil futures exchange, publishing an article backing such a venture as a means of assisting hedging for oil importers’ across Asia.
