Eurex to offer real-estate exposure

Eurex will list US dollar dominated derivatives linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx Real Estate and the Dow Jones Stoxx 600 Real Estate indices on September 22.

The launch will offer Eurex members exposure to the real estate equity market. There has been increased interest in the sector since the sub-prime led decline in the US property market started last year.
