John Mathias, Merrill Lynch’s global manager of listed derivatives markets, will leave the bank at the end of September to join the soon-to-be launched Singapore Mercantile Exchange in a senior management role.
Mathias, who is based in London for Merrill, will move to Singapore and begin work at SMX on December 1.
