The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission will release a new report on energy markets next week, as it continues to dig for new information about who is driving the price of oil on OTC and futures markets.The new report is set to be published on Monday September 15, taking a more comprehensive look at how swaps dealers and index traders may be influencing the energy markets.
