Nomura Holdings has agreed to acquire all of Lehman Brothers’ subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region, including Japan and Australia.
The Japanese investment bank said on Monday September 22 that the deal included all Lehman Brothers franchises and approximately 3,000 employees in countries throughout the region.
