Notification:	CCFE have today announced the fees for the Dow Jones Substainability World Index Future after the current fee waiver has ended. They will be as follows: Members - $0.96 Customers - $1.20 There will also be a TPH (Trading Privelege Holders) Incentive program: A $10 fee cap per day for the period of January 1st 2009 - December 31st 2010 Fee updates will be available to view on TRADEfees.com shortly.
