Colby leaves SEC’s trading and markets division


Robert Colby is to leave the Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was deputy director of the trading and markets division, the regulator announced yesterday.

After 27 years at the SEC, Colby will join law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell in Washington, DC.
