NZX hires Fiona Mackenzie to help build derivatives in New Zealand


NZX, the operator of the New Zealand Stock Market, has hired Fiona Mackenzie as head of liquidity and traded products as part of a drive to create a derivatives market.

The exchange is planning to introduce equity options, index futures and dairy commodity derivatives gradually over the next 12 months.
