C-Com suspends Gasoil Futures after volume dries up


The Central Japan Commodity Exchange has suspended trading in its Gasoil Futures contract after concluding that the global financial crisis has damaged liquidity so significantly that trading volume is unlikely to return until at least January 2010.

This is the third contract C-Com has temporary delisted as it suffers from economic woes.
