Commodity bull run never really went away, says analyst


The recent rise in commodity prices is likely to continue, as the underlying bull trend is strong, a commodity specialist argued today.

Sudakshina Unnikrishnan, vice-president of commodities research at Barclays Capital, said: “Both on the demand and supply side of the market on a longer basis, we don’t see any evidence that the bull market over the last seven years is coming to an end.”
