Eurex to list Italian government bond futures

Eurex is to introduce new Italian government bond futures on September 14. The German exchange announced on June 18 that the new contract, based on Buoni del Tesoro Poliennali (BTP), will be able to serve as a proxy for all non-triple A-rated European government bonds.
